The new and innovative software option UV-Map is an expert system for the visualization of UV-skin damage by capturing high-resolution images which show pigmentation of the skin. By this way pigmentary abnormalities as well as skin damages caused by intensive sun exposure can be identified and depicted more easily and clearly.
The software converts a digital colour image to a monochrome image. By this way you see clearly how the various skin areas distinguish from each other. Moreover the UV-image will be compared to the original image for an easier and better assessment of the state of the skin and the extension of dark spots.
In addition to that, UV-Map can be perfectly connected with our expert system DyaGenius. This worldwide unique application platform for photodynamic therapy and digital dermoscopy can be integrated into doctor’s surgery and clinics without any problems and the physician gets a greater variety of diagnosis and therapy possibilities.
